How would you describe your role and responsibility?

At Camurus, my role is to develop the commercial strategy for Spain and Portugal which will allow innovative medical products to become available to patients and physicians. I am responsible for developing and implementing the regional annual plans in line with the company's commitment, building a strong motivated commercial team and working in partnership with other key functions, departments, colleagues, and stakeholders.  

Why did you decide to join Camurus?

Camurus offered the opportunity to be part of a unique journey setting up the business in Spain and Portugal for a science-led company with a clear commitment to develop innovative medical product that will improve the quality of life for patients with severe and chronic diseases. It can´t get any better than that! 

What is your favorite part about working at Camurus?

 What motivates you in your everyday work?

Working alongside passionate and committed colleagues that go the extra mile and strive to be part of the change we want to make for patients is the secret fuel that motivates my everyday work.

What does Camurus value innovation mean to you?

At Camurus, innovation can come in different shapes and forms (a new idea, a new process a new product…), and this can only be possible when you have the culture that encourages new ways of thinking and working. Our value ‘innovation’ encourages us to remain mentally agile and open to the idea of updating, refreshing and reframing our thinking, whilst staying away from complacency.

What do you like to do in your spare time?

In my free time I like spending time with my family and play different sports. I also have a passion for skiing and racquet sports, walking the dog and reading.
